This presentation is about the use of strategic intelligence - Foresight & Horizon Scanning (FHS) - activities to inform science, technology and innovation policy. It introduces new FHS concepts, frameworks and tools, as well as seven new web 2.0 technologies aimed to support research and innovation processes in Europe and the world.
